A keen eye for detail is necessary, as well as, the ability to multi-task and work proficiently, independently, and in a team environment.
Accounting duties will cover multiple companies.
Main Duties & Responsibilities Review invoices for satisfactory payment approval; Process A/P invoices Generate billing for intercompany & outside customers Maintain spreadsheets in MS Excel by inputting & verifying data Possibly processing recurring payroll including tax reporting Other accounting duties as assigned by controller Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software (MAS) a plus Accounting and bookkeeping experience required Proficiency in MS Office, Excel specifically, a must Review invoices for satisfactory payment approval; process AP invoices using job cost.
Generate billing for intercompany and tenant occupied properties.
Maintain spreadsheets in excel by inputting & verifying data, including quarterly and annual CAM reconciliations for tenants.
Other accounting work as assigned by Controller Experience Qualifications Skills Minimum of 1-year hands-on accounting experience Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the following not required, but highly recommended:
SAGE/MAS 100, Clock Track Salary:
Compensation commensurate with experience.
